PFA Canada Announces New Executive & Board of Directors

PFA Canada announced yesterday at its Annual General Meeting the organization’s newly elected leadership team.
​
Marco Carducci, initially elected as First Vice-President to PFA Canada’s founding board in 2020, was acclaimed as President.
Since early 2022, Carducci has acted as interim President, guiding PFA Canada’s campaign to secure formal recognition as the collective bargaining agent of players and the commencement of ongoing negotiations with the Canadian Premier League.
“I’m incredibly proud and humbled to know I have the support of my fellow players, especially as we continue to negotiate a first collective agreement with the CPL. I’m also happy to know I’ll be working alongside a team of active players who are committed to the growth of the professional game in Canada while doing what we can to ensure fairness, transparency and opportunities to grow on and off-the-pitch as athletes through collective bargaining,” said Carducci.
